Prof. Dr.-Ing. Tim A. Osswald ist Co-Direktor des Polymer Engineering Centers an der University of Wisconsin-Madison und Honorarprofessor für Kunststofftechnik an der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg. 2001 erhielt der den VDI-K Dr.-Richard-Escales-Preis.

Professor Dr.-Ing. em. Georg Menges ist der ehemalige Leiter des Aachener Instituts für Kunststoffverarbeitung und gilt als einer der Pioniere der Kunststoffverarbeitung.
